Kate has been a resident of Idaho since 1980. In 1986 she married her best friend Steve. They have a son, Nicholas and a daughter, Alexandra.
Kate attended the Center for Massage Therapy in Idaho Falls, ID and began practicing massage therapy in 1999. She established her full time Rexburg massage business in 2000. In 2005, after construction of a new facility was complete, Kate moved her business to its present home at the Madison Ridge Chiropractic Center.
Kate is certified by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is trained and/or certified in the following modalities:

Then comes the fun part...the process of finding out which modalities, pressures, etc. they will be comfortable with and that will work for their body on that day. Everyone is so unique in their make up it's always a challenge, and one that I absolutely love. It's important to me to treat clients as individuals. I think that's what makes what I do so affective. There is no one kind of massage that works for everyone. "
When she's not at work, Kate enjoys hiking, running, reading, music, net surfing, movies and traveling to visit family in Florida and Michigan.
